EXCHANGES INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (“EXCHANGES INTERNATIONAL”, THE “COMPANY”, STOCK CODE: 3329.HK) ANNOUNCED ON 23 MARCH ITS ANNUAL RESULTS FOR THE 12 MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2021 WITH A TOTAL REVENUE OF HK$16.43 BILLION FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS, WITH A COMPOSITE GROWTH RATE (CAGR) OF 3.4% OVER THE PAST THREE YEARS; EXTERNAL RISKS IN 2021 Adding multiple overlaps, the company remains profitable, achieving a net profit of HK$3.12 billion; as of December 31, 2021, the company had total assets of HK$326.6 billion and net assets of HK$74.24 billion, as of December 31, 2021. The three-year composite growth rate was 31.2% and 5.8%, respectively. The Board of Directors proposes to distribute a final dividend of HK$0.05 per share with a dividend ratio of 52%, maintaining a high dividend rate and continuing to return investors.

In 2021, Exchanges International actively responded to the many risk challenges such as COVID-19 and market downturn, closely surrounded its national development strategy, promoted cooperative development of licensed and asset businesses, deepened its “regional double triangle, industry dual-focus, transformational dual-technology” business strategy, and leveraged ETF Group's investment business and equity investments Capital business platform advantages, strengthening the “investment+investment+research” function building, focusing on forging technology finance, wealth finance and financial services capabilities, advancing ETF series funds to achieve a national multi-regional layout, placing key investment projects in multiple service country strategies to provide customers with industry chain integration Integrated Financial Services. The company launched a comprehensive digital transformation, actively optimized its balance sheet structure, successfully issued bonds and bank loans, and maintained the highest credit rating for Hong Kong Chinese investors (A, Moody's A3).

In 2021, Exchanges International completed 170 IPO projects, including 23 IPO projects, 140 debt issuance projects, and 7 sole financial advisory projects. CNB was ranked number one in Hong Kong by the amount of debt underwritten and the number of projects, while actively pursuing green finance philosophy. 19 green bond issues were completed during the year with a financing size of USD 68.62 billion; led by ETF, a comprehensive layout of the local private equity fund management business, by Step by establishing an integrated operating system for the industry chain. Over the course of the year, the CSF established 10 series of funds in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Qingdao, Jiaxing and Wuhan, and completed 23 investment projects, of which more than 50% were concentrated in the Long Triangle region.
