Mr. Cai has been the Group's Senior Operations Manager since 2020, overseeing the Group's respiratory products manufacturing operations and product development. During the early part of the COVID-19 outbreak last year, Mr. Cai played a key role in ensuring production operations. The new position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer will help Mr. Cai coordinate each of the operating units, create more synergies, and devise and execute long-term strategies and programs to fully capture the business opportunities offered by the Group's partnerships with industry-leading companies.

Mr. Tsai Chang-tai is 39 years old and has more than 15 years of experience in industrial engineering and operations management, covering medical devices, cosmetics and beauty products, industrial and semiconductor systems. Mr. CHOI has extensive and unique experience in smart manufacturing, lean manufacturing, operations management enhancement, strategic planning and human resources. Mr. Cai has worked in companies such as Medrad Inc. (now Bayer Corporation), Sanmina Corporation and Crystal International Group Limited.

Mr. Cai received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 2005 and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom in 2014. HE IS ALSO A STATUTORY MEMBER OF THE HONG KONG INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERS AND A REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER IN MANUFACTURING, INDUSTRY AND SYSTEMS (MIS). HE IS ALSO A REGISTERED STREAMLINED CODE BLACK BELT OF THE SIX CODE SOCIETY AND THE SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT OF THE CHINA QUALITY ASSOCIATION (REGISTERED). Mr. Cai is the son of Mr. Cai Wen-sheng, Chairman and Executive Director of the Group.
