今天首六個月，訓修實業集團 $訓修實業(01962.HK$ 業績表現理想。截至 2020 年 6 月 30 日止六個月， 錄得收入 5.49 億港元，按年增加 49.1%，純利爲 2,963 萬港元，增長 275%。
張有滄先生對公司未來前景和長期發展充滿堅定信心，不排除於恰當時機及符合 法律及法規下進一步增持本公司股份。
Further increase of shareholding by the largest shareholder
On 23 August, 2021, Mr. Chang Yao Chong Felix, the chairman of the board of directors and the largest shareholder of $訓修實業(01962.HK$ of the Group, increased his shareholdings of 1,000,000 shares of the Group at an average price of approximately HK$0.5437 per share in the open market. Show his confidence in the Group's business development. After this increase in holdings, Mr. Chang Yao Chong Felix holds approximately 51.35% of the total issued shares of the company today.
In the first six months of today, Evergreen Products Group $訓修實業(01962.HK$ performed well. As at the six months period ended 30 June, 2020, revenue was HK$549 million, an increase of 49.1% year-on-year, and net profit was HK$29.63 million, an increase of 275%.
Mr. Chang Yao Chong Felix is full of confidence in the Group's future prospects and long-term development, and he does not rule out that he will further increase his shareholdings of the Group's shares at the right time and in compliance with laws and regulations.
