最大股東繼續增持股份

於 2021 年 8 月 23 日，本公司 $訓修實業 (01962.HK)$ 董事會主席及最大股東張有滄先生於公開市場，以每股股份平均價約港幣 0.5437 元增持共計 1,000,000 股公司股份，以示他對公司業務發展的信心。本次增持後，張有滄先生持有公司本日已發行股份總數約 51.35%。

今天首六個月，訓修實業集團 $訓修實業 (01962.HK)$ 業績表現理想。截至 2020 年 6 月 30 日止六個月，錄得收入 5.49 億港元，按年增加 49.1%，純利爲 2,963 萬港元，增長 275%。

張有滄先生對公司未來前景和長期發展充滿堅定信心，不排除於恰當時機及符合法律及法規下進一步增持本公司股份。

Further increase of shareholding by the largest shareholder

On 23 August, 2021, Mr. Chang Yao Chong Felix, the chairman of the board of directors and the largest shareholder of $訓修實業 (01962.HK)$ of the Group, increased his shareholdings of 1,000,000 shares of the Group at an average price of approximately HK$0.5437 per share in the open market. Show his confidence in the Group's business development. After this increase in holdings, Mr. Chang Yao Chong Felix holds approximately 51.35% of the total issued shares of the company today.

In the first six months of today, Evergreen Products Group $訓修實業 (01962.HK)$ performed well. As at the six months period ended 30 June, 2020, revenue was HK$549 million, an increase of 49.1% year-on-year, and net profit was HK$29.63 million, an increase of 275%.

Mr. Chang Yao Chong Felix is full of confidence in the Group's future prospects and long-term development, and he does not rule out that he will further increase his shareholdings of the Group's shares at the right time and in compliance with laws and regulations.
