ESG rating gains further international recognition as Beisen makes its debut in S&P Global's Sustainability Yearbook

On February 18, S&P Global, a leading international rating agency, officially released the Sustainability Yearbook. Beisen (9669.HK), with its outstanding practices and leading performance in the fields of environment, social responsibility, and corporate governance (ESG), was selected for the first time, ranking among the top 2% of companies in the global software industry in terms of ESG performance. This not only certifies Beisen’s long-term sustainable development capabilities and global competitiveness but also demonstrates capital markets’ recognition of its brand value and long-term investment appeal.

S&P Global’s Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) is one of the most influential ESG evaluation systems globally, with its selection based on the results of S&P Global’s Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA). In 2026, over 9,200 companies worldwide participated in the assessment, with 848 successfully making it into this year’s Sustainability Yearbook, including 57 Chinese enterprises. With systematic practices and notable progress in the dimensions of environment, society, and governance, Beisen, after being included in S&P’s China version of the Sustainability Yearbook for the first time in 2025, has now been selected for the global yearbook for the first time and has won the Best Progress Company Award (Industry Mover) as the sole representative in the global software industry, reflecting international rating agencies' high recognition of the company’s sustainability capabilities and performance.

In sustainable development practices, Beisen continues to build a comprehensive ESG management system. In January this year, Beisen released the first ESG value accounting report in the global software industry, innovatively building an ESG monetization accounting system tailored to industry characteristics, with a positive social and environmental impact value of 128.3 million yuan, ranking third among 60 companies in the 'System Development and IT Consulting' sub-sector of the Hang Seng Index, far exceeding the industry average.
