Beautiful Life业绩预喜! Expected to achieve new highs in revenue and net profit by 2025
On January 19, 2026, Beauty Farm Healthcare (02373.HK, hereinafter referred to as 'Beauty Farm') issued a positive profit forecast for 2025.The company expects its revenue in 2025 to be no less than 3 billion yuan, representing an increase of no less than 16% compared to the same period in 2024; adjusted net profit to be no less than 380 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of no less than 40%; and net profit to be no less than 340 million yuan, with a year-on-year growth of no less than 34%.
The group has navigated through economic cycle fluctuations with robust performance growth, showcasing strong resilience and development potential. The board of directors believes this is mainly due to the following reasons:
First, external expansion has accelerated.The group steadfastly implements a dual-driven growth strategy of 'organic growth + external acquisitions.' In 2024, it successfully acquired Nai Rui Er, the second-largest brand in China's beauty industry. As Nai Rui Er fully integrates into Beauty Farm’s brand portfolio, the group’s business footprint rapidly penetrates key cities in the Greater Bay Area and surrounding regions, significantly increasing market share. This acquisition propelled the group’s business model to upgrade strategically into a three-dimensional ecosystem layout of 'dual beauty + dual wellness.' The integration synergies post-acquisition continue to be released.In the first half of 2025, Nai Rui Er’s adjusted net profit margin surged from 6.5% before the acquisition to 10.4%.This remarkable performance fully demonstrates the group’s strong resource integration and operational empowerment capabilities.

In 2025, we completed the acquisition of Si Yan Li, the third-largest beauty service brand in the industry, marking another major move after acquiring Nai Rui Er. With this, the top three brands in the industry are now under Beauty Farm’s umbrella, and the group’s store network has expanded rapidly.The number of stores has exceeded 734, occupying a 'half share' in 456 high-end commercial areas across 20 first-tier and new first-tier cities in China.。
Second, organic growth momentum is strong.Beautiful Life accurately identified the消费升级 trend of 'self-pleasure consumption' among women in higher-tier cities, focusing on clients' core demands for beauty and health. This effectively drove same-store revenue growth against the market trend. With the competitive advantage of its unique business model moat, the group has continuously upgraded its medical service capabilities, steadily increasing the share of high-margin medical business revenue by 2025. Coupled with ongoing improvements in its refined operational system, the group's net profit margin has been steadily rising.
