The National Energy Administration announced the fourth batch of first-of-its-kind major technological equipment in the energy sector. Jiashan Saijing Capacitors’ 'indigenous controllable dry-type capacitor for flexible HVDC converter valves based on domestically produced polypropylene pellets' was successfully selected. The Hami-Chongqing ±800 kV ultra-high voltage direct current (UHVDC) transmission project, an important national energy strategy initiative, officially commenced operations. Sieyuan Semiconductor and its existing shareholders formally signed an investment agreement with Chuangxin Cloud (Xiamen) Technology Investment Co., Ltd., Chongjun Technology Co., Ltd., Harbor Asia Capital Co., Ltd., and Xiechip Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “investors”). Sieyuan Semiconductor increased its registered capital by 4.206136 million USD. The investors will contribute their 100% equity stake in Hunan Hong’an for subscription, accounting for 9% of Sieyuan Semiconductor’s expanded equity.

Wuxi Sieyuan Power Capacitor won the bid for “State Grid's 2025 Third Centralized Bidding Project,” with a winning bid amount of 43.916373 million yuan, ranking third. In addition to winning bids earlier this year for “State Grid's 2025 First Centralized Bidding Project” and “State Grid's 2025 Second Centralized Bidding Project,” the total value of the three wins reached 135.75 million yuan.
