As the cold weather persists this winter, flash delivery riders navigating through city streets are facing the most demanding season of the year.
To ensure the safety and experience of flash delivery riders during winter operations, starting from December 22nd, Flash Express officially launched the '2025 Warm Winter Care Plan.' Flash Express has set up 'Warm Winter Supply Stations' at骑士之家 (Rider Hubs) across cities, providing free hot drinks, hand warmers, heated insoles, and other instant cold-weather items for all outdoor workers, including delivery riders. It also collaborates with thousands of merchants nationwide to establish Warm Winter Energy Stations.
Meanwhile, during the 'Warm Winter Campaign,' the platform continuously holds lucky draws, giving away equipment such as Xiaomi power banks, windbreaker jackets, custom scarves, and mystery blind boxes to delivery riders.

Additionally, Flash Express introduced a Pyramid Squad Competition where participants can earn cash prizes while experiencing a sense of honor through teamwork.

It is reported that, as of 2025, the Flash Delivery Knight's Home has been established in 10 cities with 11 locations, providing a space for rest, recharging, and communication for all outdoor workers, including flash delivery personnel.
The protection of couriers' rights and interests has always been a key focus of Flash Delivery.
