Paradigm Intelligence participates in the formulation of key computing power standards, promoting efficient collaboration and inclusive applications of heterogeneous computing power
Recently, the China Electronics Standardization Association officially approved and released the group standard 'Information Technology Intelligent Computing Services - System Requirements for Virtualization and Pooling of Heterogeneous Computing Power.' This standard aims to establish a unified architecture for managing heterogeneous computing resources, providing critical guidance for the coordination, scheduling, and management of computing power at intelligent computing centers and model research institutions. As a leading company in the artificial intelligence field, Paradigm Intelligence participated throughout the drafting and formulation of this important standard, working alongside top organizations such as PetroChina (Beijing) Digital Intelligence Research Institute Co., Ltd., State Grid Corporation of China Information and Telecommunication Center, and Beijing Ruishi Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd., to promote the standardization and efficiency of computing infrastructure.
Currently, artificial intelligence development has entered a large-scale application phase, where diverse heterogeneous computing power (such as GPUs, NPUs, etc.) coexisting has become the norm. However, issues like dispersed management of computing resources, low scheduling efficiency, and lack of standardization have constrained the release of overall computing power effectiveness and inclusive services. The recently published standard addresses these industry pain points by systematically establishing the architecture for virtualization and pooling of heterogeneous computing power, and detailing common technical requirements in areas such as virtualization, pooling, and scheduling, providing authoritative reference criteria for various organizations to select and manage computing power service products, and will also guide computing power service providers to conduct more standardized product planning and design.
With its deep expertise in artificial intelligence platforms and enterprise-level solutions, particularly rich practical experience in complex computing resource management and scheduling optimization, Paradigm Intelligence contributed core insights and cutting-edge technical perspectives to the drafting of the standard. This participation not only reflects the industry's high recognition of Paradigm Intelligence's technical strength and leadership position but also demonstrates the company’s firm commitment to actively promoting the standardization of industrial infrastructure and fostering healthy development of the artificial intelligence computing ecosystem.
In the future, Paradigm Intelligence will continue to collaborate with partners across academia, industry, research, and application sectors, actively participating in and promoting the construction of more key technologies and service standards. It is committed to lowering the threshold for artificial intelligence applications and improving the efficiency of computing resource utilization through standardization and platform-based approaches, empowering the intelligent transformation and upgrading of industries across the board, and contributing to strengthening the foundation of national digital economic development.
Founded in 2014, Paradigm Intelligence is a publicly listed company and a leader in China's AI + enterprise services sector. After achieving group-level upgrades in 2025, the company's main business covers B-end operations targeting enterprise services under Fourth Paradigm, and C-end operations targeting consumer electronics markets under Phancy.
