Huang Keming, President of Lingnan Modern Technician College of Guangdong, Deng Guohui, Chief Administrative Officer of New Oriental Education and Technology Group Greater Bay Area, and relevant project leaders attended the signing ceremony.
President Huang Keming expressed the hope to combine New Oriental's excellent experience in basic academic education and strong market response capabilities with the school's abundant venue resources and vocational education experience. Based on the principle of 'complementary advantages, mutual empowerment, and common development,' the two parties will explore resource sharing in vocational education, vocational training, and internationalized schooling, striving to realize the expected outcomes of their cooperation, benefiting students and achieving a win-win situation for both the school and the enterprise.
To this end, the two parties can, during the exploration, initial stages, and trial phases, collaborate as a team to quickly establish a good cooperation model by combining New Oriental Group's brand effect, market response capabilities, operating mechanisms, and the school's existing resources.
Mr. Deng introduced the location advantages of New Oriental Group's Guangzhou Teaching Center and will further collaborate with the school on more skill assessments and vocational education training to expand enrollment.
During the meeting, the two parties discussed the direction of future cooperation in terms of current school curriculum design, professional development, and the services that new oriental international education can provide.

Cooperate on international school entrance exam preparation courses, TOEFL courses, IELTS courses, vocational college entrance exam cultural courses, family education lectures, and classroom rental. Position and plan specific projects well, making full use of the advantages of both parties.
Starting from two directions, one is to help vocational school students improve their academic qualifications and promote the development of vocational college entrance exams. The second is to establish a good international education center, provide language training for students intending to study abroad, and tailor study plans for students. Actively cultivate "international students" in vocational education to engage in in-depth academic exchanges abroad. While providing services for Lingnan students, extend services to the south China region, and allocate resources according to the needs of students in the entire technical school vocational education system.
Within the entire training model, from enrollment to teaching, faculty, curriculum, student management, logistics support, administrative services, and employment services across these various sectors, clearly define the rights and responsibilities of both parties, specify student user profiles, and diligently execute according to project requirements.
