最大股东继续增持股份

于 2021 年 8 月 23 日，本公司 $训修实业 (01962.HK)$ 董事会主席及最大股东张有沧先生于公开市场，以每股股份平均价约港币 0.5437 元增持共计 1,000,000 股公司股份，以示他对公司业务发展的信心。本次增持后，张有沧先生持有公司本日已发行股份总数约 51.35%。

今天首六个月，训修实业集团 $训修实业 (01962.HK)$ 业绩表现理想。截至 2020 年 6 月 30 日止六个月，录得收入 5.49 亿港元，按年增加 49.1%，纯利为 2,963 万港元，增长 275%。

张有沧先生对公司未来前景和长期发展充满坚定信心，不排除于恰当时机及符合法律及法规下进一步增持本公司股份。

Further increase of shareholding by the largest shareholder

On 23 August, 2021, Mr. Chang Yao Chong Felix, the chairman of the board of directors and the largest shareholder of $训修实业 (01962.HK)$ of the Group, increased his shareholdings of 1,000,000 shares of the Group at an average price of approximately HK$0.5437 per share in the open market. Show his confidence in the Group's business development. After this increase in holdings, Mr. Chang Yao Chong Felix holds approximately 51.35% of the total issued shares of the company today.

In the first six months of today, Evergreen Products Group $训修实业 (01962.HK)$ performed well. As at the six months period ended 30 June, 2020, revenue was HK$549 million, an increase of 49.1% year-on-year, and net profit was HK$29.63 million, an increase of 275%.

Mr. Chang Yao Chong Felix is full of confidence in the Group's future prospects and long-term development, and he does not rule out that he will further increase his shareholdings of the Group's shares at the right time and in compliance with laws and regulations.
