Xinyuan Service won the “2021 China Property Listed Company's Leading Asset Growth Enterprise”

On May 27, the 2021 China Real Estate and Property Listed Companies Research Results Conference was successfully held in Shenzhen. The “2021 Research Report on Listed Property Service Companies” was officially released at the conference. At the same time, the China Real Estate Evaluation Center of the Shanghai Yiju Real Estate Research Institute revealed the 2021 Top 20 Listed Chinese Property Service Companies, the 2021 China Property Service Listed Company Single Leading Company, and the 2021 China Property Service Enterprise Potential Unicorn List. Among them, Xinyuan Service won the “2021 China Property Listed Company Asset Growth Leading Company”.


The research results of the 2021 China Top 20 Listed Property Service Companies and related lists were obtained by the China Real Estate Evaluation Center of Shanghai Yiju Real Estate Research Institute through a scientific, impartial and objective evaluation index system and evaluation methods. Adhering to the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, and adhering to the form of voluntary participation and independent reporting by property service companies, the study measured six aspects of listed property service companies, including operating scale, profitability, risk resilience, growth potential, capital market performance, innovation ability and social responsibility, based on publicly published annual reports, semi-annual reports, quarterly reports and various announcements published by listed property service companies, and adopted a technical route combining subjective evaluation and objective evaluation (objective evaluation) and hierarchical analysis (subjective evaluation) ) and the efficacy coefficient method (objective evaluation) three research models, and the Borda combined evaluation method was used to synthesize the findings of the three research models to arrive at the final conclusion.
