Futu News, September 1: $MECH-MIND ROBOT (09615.HK)$ Announced allotment results: priced at HK$101.7 per share, with a total issuance of 23.1406 million shares. Each lot consists of 30 shares, and the stock officially listed today.
During the public offering phase, Mech-Mind Robotics received subscriptions 3,835.36 times over. The final number of shares for the public offering was 4.6281 million, accounting for approximately 20% of the total offer shares. A total of approximately 252,500 valid applications were received, with about 89,100 applications accepted. The approximate percentage of allocated shares for one-lot applications relative to the total applied shares was 3%.
Additionally, during the international placement phase, Mech-Mind Robotics received subscriptions 13.39 times over. The final number of internationally placed shares was 18.5125 million, equivalent to 80% of the total offer shares. Futu has compiled the relevant data in the table below:

In recent years, Mech-Mind Robotics' revenue has continued to grow, reaching RMB 180.8 million, RMB 268.8 million, and RMB 388.8 million in 2023, 2024, and 2025, respectively. For the same periods, the company's gross profits were RMB 70.6 million, RMB 137.4 million, and RMB 251.1 million, respectively. Use of Proceeds

Approximately 31.8% will be used to fund research and development of the Company's products and technologies; approximately 25.2% will be used to enrich the Company's product portfolio and expand application scenarios; approximately 29.4% will be used to enhance the Company's global presence and accelerate commercialization; approximately 5.0% will be used to expand production capacity and improve operational efficiency; and approximately 8.6% will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
