UDI Robotics has established a comprehensive technical framework covering vision models, robot decision-making and planning, multi-sensor fusion, localization and navigation, chassis and motion control, domain-specific robot control systems, cloud-based Vision Language Models ("VLM"), cloud data closed-loop platforms, and cloud IoT device ecosystems. These core technologies are applied through proprietary application technologies in the company's robotic products and AI vision model solutions, including cloud-based O&M, wheeled robot applications, wheel-arm robots and robotic arm applications, as well as the deployment of AI vision models in non-robotics industries.

In the field of robotics and automation, the company primarily commercializes its core and applied technologies through robotic products, robotic modules, as well as Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) and leasing arrangements. Through continuous research and development and ongoing product iterations, the company has expanded its robotics product portfolio to cover various service scenarios.
Financial Overview
Uboti Robotics' total revenue increased from RMB 243.8 million in FY2023 to RMB 267.1 million in FY2024, and further to RMB 317.7 million in FY2025. The company's net loss also narrowed from RMB 251.2 million in FY2023 to RMB 151.4 million in FY2024, and further improved to RMB 110.8 million in FY2025.
Gross profits for FY2023, FY2024, FY2025, the first three months of 2025, and the first three months of 2026 were RMB 16.9 million, RMB 38.2 million, RMB 44.3 million, RMB 8.8 million, and RMB 8.6 million, respectively.

Use of Proceeds
Regarding the use of proceeds, Uboti Robotics expects net proceeds from the global offering to be approximately HK$686 million (calculated based on the mid-point of the offer price of HK$17, assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised). According to the prospectus, Uboti Robotics intends to use the funds raised from the global offering for the following purposes:
Approximately 48.5% will be used to further enhance the company's R&D capabilities; approximately 30% will be used for business expansion and strategic acquisitions, directly supporting the company's strategy to expand its influence in overseas markets; approximately 7% will be used to strengthen the company's sales and marketing capabilities; approximately 4.5% will be used to repay certain bank loans; and approximately 10% will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
