FF kicks off its Q3 robotics campaign: robot summer camps co-hosted with two major Los Angeles public school districts launch on July 6; FF shines at North America's largest EdTech expo with the debut of its wheeled-arm robot Faber S; interactive mini-games on the developer platform coming soon

Weekly Report No. 62. July has arrived, and FF's Q3 robotics campaign has officially begun.
Q3 is a foundational quarter for FF Robotics’ strategy. We will continue leveraging FF’s five unique value propositions as a U.S.-based EAI robotics company to accelerate the implementation of our 'One Brain, Multiple Forms' and 'Multiple Forms, Multiple Capabilities' EAI robotics ontology strategy. Concurrently, we will deepen our focus across four industry and ecosystem categories—prioritizing education and industrial scenarios as our two frontier markets, alongside inspection & security scenarios and other existing markets—to enable FF’s professional and vocational robots to rapidly deliver practical value and achieve commercial viability across diverse real-world settings.
Today, we’ll first share key progress from the sales vanguard of the Q3 campaign.
Starting July 6, FF will launch its first three flagship demonstration robotics summer camps. These include partnerships with two major public school districts in Los Angeles—Lynwood and El Segundo, the latter being home to FF’s new Silicon Beach headquarters—to run EAI Robotics Summer Camps. FF will also officially kick off its summer camp collaboration with Triple I, a U.S.-based full-cycle education organization, providing comprehensive support and empowerment around products, technology, curriculum, and educational ecosystem development.
In addition, following its partnership with the Lynwood school district, FF has recently formally signed a strategic cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the El Segundo school district, further expanding its footprint in collaborations with public school districts.
The inaugural trio of demonstration summer camps brings together a 'two-public, one-private' mix of partners, which carries three layers of significant meaning:
First, this cooperative model and its associated standards will be scaled nationwide, helping FF accelerate sales conversion of its products and rapidly grow and strengthen the world’s first 'trinity-integrated' EAI robotics education ecosystem—speeding up the creation of the leading brain and foundational model for global EAI robotics education.
Second, for educational institutions, FF offers a complete, ready-to-deploy EAI robotics education solution along with curriculum-based skills, enabling public school districts and K–12 institutions to deliver cutting-edge AI and embodied AI education to students with lower barriers to entry and higher quality standards.
Third, for family education, these summer camps provide many American children and their parents with their first hands-on, immersive experience with EAI robots, helping kids open the door to the world of embodied AI earlier and empowering them to become drivers and creators in the AI-native era.
Second, key progress in the EAI robotics education ecosystem: After becoming the standout star at the Automate show, FF once again took center stage as the only U.S. embodied intelligence robotics company at ISTE Live 2026—the largest education technology conference in North America—from June 29 to July 1. This further validates that 'embodied AI + education' is emerging as a new trend in both school district procurement and family education. By simultaneously targeting both B2C family education and B2B educational institutions through its EAI robotics education ecosystem, FF is accelerating its expansion into mainstream North American channels, converting its first-mover delivery advantage into market leadership.
During the same event, FF also unveiled its industrial-grade wheeled-arm robot, Faber S, for the first time. As the Faber series variant with the longest reach and the most comprehensive suite of embodied intelligence data collection tools, Faber S is optimized for large-scale operations and embodied intelligence data acquisition. Its core applications include material loading/unloading, transportation, and logistics in factories, while it is also capable of handling other scenarios such as research and teaching, reception, and guided tours—making it a true industrial-grade EAI workhorse.
On the product and technology front, FF’s open developer platform has recently completed several lightweight human-robot interactive mini-games, including one themed around traffic lights. These are now undergoing final testing and will soon be launched on the FF Robot Store. While seemingly simple, these mini-curriculum games are highly suited to educational settings—they not only boost usage frequency but also validate the platform’s end-to-end workflow for application development, publishing, distribution, and feedback, laying the groundwork for future productization of Skills, Agents, and data offerings.
Finally, let’s address challenges, reflections, and solutions. While demand and sales continue to significantly exceed expectations, we have also exposed weaknesses in our industrial-scale operational capabilities—the most direct manifestation being that our delivery capacity has not kept pace with the rapid sales ramp-up. Internally, beyond areas near our California headquarters, FF still needs to strengthen delivery, service, and operations in other states, which remains the primary bottleneck to faster fulfillment. Externally, as a nascent market, the industry has yet to establish mature standards and closed-loop systems; thus, our current approach must involve delivering while exploring, accumulating insights, and evolving—turning challenges into opportunities.
Next, we will continue to amplify our strengths and rapidly address our weaknesses around the Q3 campaign. Next week, we will present to everyone our Q3 campaign plan and execution strategy.
See you next week!
