On May 29 Beijing time, the 30th Greater Bay Area Auto Show (hereinafter referred to as 'GBA Auto Show') officially opened.
Under the theme 'A Vast New Realm,' Nio made a strong showing with its three brands—NIO, ONVO, and firefly—presenting 11 vehicle models and 12 full-stack technologies. At this year’s GBA Auto Show, Nio’s booth is twice the size of last year’s, featuring the global debut and pre-sale launch of the new ONVO L60.

As the host region of this year’s GBA Auto Show, Guangdong has taken the lead globally in the adoption of smart electric vehicles and stands as one of Nio’s fastest-growing core markets. From January to April this year, Nio’s sales in Guangdong exceeded 17,000 units, a year-over-year increase of over 123%.
At the event, Nio founder, chairman, and CEO William Li said, 'This year, we’re exhibiting all three of our brands together—you can see NIO, ONVO, and firefly side by side, with a total of 11 models on display. This marks my third consecutive appearance at the GBA Auto Show, and I’ve personally witnessed the rapid growth of Guangdong’s new energy vehicle market over the past two years. The Greater Bay Area is becoming one of Nio’s fastest-growing and most dynamic core markets.'

Nio’s exhibition booth features 12 dedicated full-stack technology zones this time, comprehensively showcasing its mass-produced core technologies, including the flagship autonomous driving chip ‘Shenji NX9031,’ the Tianxing intelligent chassis system, and the 900V high-performance intelligent electric drive system.
In terms of energy replenishment infrastructure, Nio is the most proactive and largest operator in the industry in building its own charging and battery swap stations. The company has invested over RMB 20 billion to establish an intelligent energy service ecosystem that supports charging, battery swapping, and upgrades.

As of May 29, Nio has built 8,914 charging and battery swap stations nationwide and launched 86 ‘Power Scenic Routes.’ Nio has surpassed 110 million battery swaps, making battery swapping a mainstream solution for energy replenishment among China’s new energy vehicles. Guangdong Province is Nio’s largest market in terms of charging and swapping network deployment, with 993 stations built to date, including 211 in Shenzhen alone.
On the product front, Nio unveiled its ES9—the culmination of eleven years of systematic innovation and its flagship tech-laden executive SUV. Officially launched on May 27, the ES9 is available in Executive Luxury, Executive Signature, and Horizon Special Edition trims, with a starting price of RMB 498,000 for outright purchase or RMB 390,000 when using Nio’s Battery as a Service (BaaS) subscription model.

Equipped with over 40 industry-first technologies and nearly 40 segment-leading features and configurations, the ES9 pioneers the category of intelligent electric executive flagship SUVs, ushering the executive SUV segment into the pure-electric era.
The all-new ES8 is another highlight not to be missed at this year’s Greater Bay Area Auto Show. As a leader in the premium all-electric SUV segment, it achieved the milestone of 100,000 deliveries just 215 days after launch, setting the record for the fastest delivery of 100,000 units among Chinese-brand models priced above RMB 400,000.

Starting from December 2025, the all-new ES8 has secured the top spot in sales for large SUVs—and for all vehicles priced above RMB 400,000 regardless of powertrain—for five consecutive months, maintaining its leadership in the three-row large SUV market.
From January to April 2026, the all-new ES8 ranked first in sales among large SUVs in South China, capturing a market share of 30.42%; it also led sales among all vehicles priced above RMB 400,000 in the region, with a market share of 25.32%. In the first 20 days of May, new orders for the all-new ES8 reached their highest level since November 2025, with order volumes remaining strong and continuing to demonstrate dominance in the premium SUV segment.

Also on display at this year’s Greater Bay Area Auto Show are the 2026 ET5, ET5T, ES6, and EC6. Positioned respectively as ‘China’s benchmark premium electric coupe’ and ‘the global leader in premium electric wagons,’ the 2026 ET5 and ET5T have been upgraded across three key dimensions—exterior design, cabin comfort, and intelligent driver assistance—to deliver a more refined and intelligent driving experience.
The 2026 ES6 and EC6, recognized as 'China’s first premium all-electric midsize SUV' and 'pioneer of premium all-electric coupe SUVs,' build upon their benchmark status with refined styling, enhanced comfort, and upgraded driver-assistance features—delivering numerous high-impact detail improvements to continue leading their segments.

To date, cumulative ES6 deliveries have exceeded 300,000 units, validated by real-world users across millions of kilometers, consistently demonstrating reliable quality—it remains the most trustworthy choice among premium SUVs priced around RMB 300,000. The EC6 has outperformed traditional luxury-brand rivals in the same coupe SUV segment for five consecutive years, and since 2024, its annual sales have surpassed the combined total of all comparable models from traditional luxury brands for two years running.

At this year’s Greater Bay Area Auto Show, the refreshed Le Dao L60 debuts with 106 upgrades across six key dimensions. Equipped with the industry’s first mass-produced full-domain 900V high-voltage architecture and featuring the same flagship intelligent technology suite as the Nio ES9 and ET9, it establishes itself as the tech flagship among midsize SUVs. Starting today, display vehicles will progressively arrive at stores nationwide—customers are welcome to visit and experience it in person.
With the new L60 now joining the L80 and L90 on stage, the entire Le Dao lineup has completed its refresh. Positioned in the RMB 200,000–300,000 family vehicle market, Le Dao is the only brand offering the complete set of the 'New Trinity of Flagship Intelligent Technologies,' with each model serving as the value leader in its respective segment. Backed by Nio’s eleven years of technological and systemic innovation, Le Dao continues delivering high-quality products and service experiences for users.

On May 15, the Le Dao brand celebrated its second anniversary. In less than 20 months, it has delivered nearly 150,000 vehicles, becoming the premium choice for 150,000 families. In 2026, Le Dao achieved an average transaction price exceeding RMB 240,000, firmly securing its position among the top tier of new energy vehicle brands and continuously driving experiential innovation for family users.

Through setups including Nio Power, Nio Café, and a user-exclusive zone on the second floor of the booth, Nio and 173 user volunteers from around the world helped more visitors discover the products and services across Nio’s three brands. Nio Life, Nio’s original lifestyle brand, also featured a special exhibition area on the first floor of the booth.
The Greater Bay Area Auto Show is being held from May 29 to June 7 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an). Nio's booth is located at Booth 604 in Hall 6. We warmly welcome you to visit our booth and join us on a journey of technology and innovation.
