Mofirst and MetaX have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly advance the integration and deployment of domestically produced GPUs and enterprise AI agents.

MaiFushi (02556.HK) and MetaX (688802.SH) have signed a strategic cooperation agreement, announcing deep collaboration in computing infrastructure, enterprise-grade AI agent middleware platforms, and industry-specific application scenarios to jointly promote the integrated deployment of domestic computing power and enterprise-grade AI agents.

Under the agreement, MetaX will provide MaiFushi with computing power support based on domestically developed general-purpose GPUs. MetaX’s ‘XiCloud C600’ series features fully localized development across the entire workflow and is capable of supporting full-parameter training for large models. MaiFushi will leverage its self-developed AI-Agentforce agent middleware platform to integrate this computing capability into industrial scenarios such as government investment promotion, new energy customer operations, retail consumption, and cultural tourism services, enabling efficient transformation from raw computing power to practical applications.

This new agreement with MetaX further diversifies its sources of computing power, enabling the practical deployment of domestic GPU computing within MaiFushi’s “full-stack Token factory” architecture. This architecture connects diverse computing and model capabilities at the infrastructure layer; leverages KnowForce AI knowledge middleware to capture industry expertise and uses AI-Agentforce agent middleware to orchestrate multi-agent workflows at the middleware layer; and transforms generic Tokens into scenario-specific “scenario Tokens” at the application layer, covering core business functions such as investment opportunity assessment, high-intent lead generation, customer conversion, and repurchase reactivation.

Notably, this cooperation agreement was signed shortly after the release of the 'Guiding Opinions on Standardized Application and Innovative Development of AI Agents,' jointly issued by the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The document outlines 19 representative application scenarios and emphasizes driving AI advancement through real-world use cases. As a leading domestic GPU provider, MetaX has already achieved breakthrough progress in adapting and validating its computing products across multiple scenarios. Its collaboration with MaiFushi will focus on scaling the deployment of domestic computing power in enterprise-grade AI agent applications.
