OpenClaw releases version v2026.4.25, with a complete upgrade of TTS and added support for six major voice service providers

According to the official GitHub release notes from OpenClaw, OpenClaw released version v2026.4.25 on April 27. This update covers several core modules including voice, plugins, observability, and browser automation, with the following key highlights:
Comprehensive TTS upgrade: Added support for six major voice service providers including Azure Speech, Xiaomi MiMo, ElevenLabs v3, Inworld, Volcengine Firebolt Engine, and Local CLI. Also introduced automatic TTS control at the chat session level, TTS personas binding, and cross-Agent/account level override configurations;
Plugin registry optimization: Plugin startup and installation paths have been migrated to a cold persistence registry, reducing full manifest scans and improving the certainty of plugin updates, fixes, and discovery;
OpenTelemetry Extension: Covers full-chain observability metrics including model invocation, token usage, tool loops, harness execution, process handling, message delivery, context assembly, and memory pressure.
Browser Automation Enhancement: Supports iframe-aware role snapshots, CDP optimization readiness, one-click headless startup, and deeper browser diagnostic probes.
Installation Stability Improvement: Fixes multi-platform installation and update issues on Windows, macOS, Linux, and Docker, including LaunchAgent token rotation and hybrid-version gateway validation.
