On March 28, Inner Mongolia Guangna Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. ('Guangna Group' for short), CiDi Intelligent Driving Technology Co., Ltd. ('CiDi Intelligent Driving' for short), and Jiangsu Hengwang Digital Technology Co., Ltd. ('Hengwang Technology' for short) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Chengdu. By adopting the iron triangle model of 'Scenario + Operations + Technology,' they jointly embarked on a new chapter in smart mine construction.
Wang Quancai, Chairman of Guangna Group; Wang Quanjia, Vice Chairman; Xiao Fei, General Manager; Zhang Xuefei, General Manager of Hengwang Technology; Ma Wei, Co-founder of CiDi Intelligent Driving; Liu Zhou, Senior Vice President; Fang Senlin, Vice President; Pi Dawei, Sales Director of the Smart Mine Division attended the signing ceremony to witness the entry into a new phase of the tripartite cooperation.

Guangna Group × CiDi Intelligent Driving × Hengwang Technology Jointly Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
Guangna Group is a well-known comprehensive energy industry group in Northwest China, owning multiple coal mines and supporting industries with existing coal resources reserves of 950 million tons. It provides a solid foundation for the implementation of smart mining technologies through its rich application scenarios in open-pit coal mines and complete infrastructure.
As a globally leading intelligent driving hard-tech company, CiDi Intelligent Driving focuses on core technology R&D such as autonomous driving mine trucks and vehicle-road coordination. It possesses mature smart mine technical solutions and large-scale application experience, providing core technical support for unmanned mining operations.
Hengwang Technology is a specialized industrial internet and energy big data service provider. With deep expertise in safety production and intelligent management of open-pit coal mines, it helps enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency through full informatization of production and management processes.
According to the agreement, the three parties will deeply collaborate based on their respective core strengths, forming an efficient complementary cooperation system.Guangna Group will provide application scenarios and infrastructure support for open-pit coal mines; CiDi Intelligent Driving will contribute core technologies such as autonomous driving systems and vehicle-road coordination platforms; Hengwang Technology will be responsible for system integration and project operation services implementation, with priority given to advancing unmanned driving and unmanned transformation projects at Guangna Lantai Coal Mine and Mengxi Coal Mine.

Wei Ma, Co-founder of CiDi
The strategic cooperation among the three parties is based on a solid foundation of previous project collaboration. In December 2025, CiDi's unmanned mining trucks achieved routine production operations in a single group at the Hulustai mining area of Alashan League under Guangna Group.
On February 9, 2026, CiDi, as a provider of unmanned system solutions, collaborated with partners including Tongli Heavy Industry, CATL, and Hengwang Technology,to sign a procurement agreement with Guangna Group for 500 pure electric unmanned mining trucks, assisting Guangna Group in initiating an unmanned, green, and intelligent upgrade in mining operations. To date, related work has been proceeding in an orderly manner, with the first batch of unmanned mining trucks to be officially delivered soon.
At the signing ceremony, the three parties also jointly unveiledthe 'Joint Innovation Laboratory for Fully Process Unmanned Mining Operations'. This laboratory will integrate expert and technical resources from the three parties, focusing on exploring and applying cutting-edge technologies in smart mining. It will continuously optimize solutions, break through technical barriers, and create a standardized, replicable, and promotable integrated solution for smart mining.

Unveiling Ceremony of the 'Joint Innovation Laboratory for Fully Process Unmanned Mining Operations'
This signing represents a vivid practice of deep integration of 'scenario + operation + technology,' marking a comprehensive upgrade of the cooperation among the three parties from individual project implementation to full-scale and in-depth strategic synergy. Through technological and model innovation, the three parties will jointly address pain points in coal industry mining efficiency, safety management, and green development. This not only represents a significant exploration in the intelligent transformation of the coal industry but will also help build a new ecosystem for smart mining characterized by multi-party collaboration and mutual benefit.
