GF Fund 2025 Performance: Revenue and Net Profit Increase, Net Profit Growth Reaches 37.7%

On March 30, GF Securities released its 2025 performance report. According to the data disclosed by GF Securities, GF Fund delivered impressive operating results in 2025. The company's asset scale expanded steadily, with both revenue and net profit witnessing significant growth. Furthermore, the growth rate of net profit far exceeded that of revenue, showing a notable improvement in profitability efficiency, while operating cash flow improved simultaneously.

In terms of scale, by the end of 2025, GF Fund managed public offering funds totaling 1,663.21 billion yuan, an increase of 13.43% compared to the end of 2024; excluding money market funds, the total scale reached 1,015.16 billion yuan, ranking third in the industry.

Regarding core operating metrics, in 2025, GF Fund’s revenue reached 8.541 billion yuan, up 17.6% from 7.260 billion yuan in 2024, with revenue scale climbing steadily. The net profit performance was even more outstanding, reaching 2.753 billion yuan in 2025, a significant year-on-year increase of 37.7% from 2.000 billion yuan in 2024. The growth rate of net profit far surpassed that of revenue, becoming the key highlight of this financial performance.

In 2025, GF Fund's total comprehensive income reached 27.47 billion yuan, increasing by 37.1% compared to approximately 20.04 billion yuan in 2024; net cash flow from operating activities rose from 9.86 billion yuan in 2024 to 17.33 billion yuan in 2025, showing a significant improvement in cash flow.

On the asset and liability side, by the end of 2025, GF Fund's total assets amounted to 217.54 billion yuan, growing by 17.91% from 184.50 billion yuan at the end of 2024, with the company's operational scale continuing to expand; total liabilities increased to 78.30 billion yuan from 64.27 billion yuan in 2024, while the overall financial structure remained stable.
