On March 26, Chanjet released its 2025 annual performance report. During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 1.095 billion yuan, an increase of 14% year-on-year. Cloud subscription revenue was 758 million yuan, up 16% year-on-year. The number of new paying corporate users for cloud services reached 186,000, growing by 30% year-on-year, with cumulative paying corporate users reaching 961,000.
Profitability continued to rise, with net profit reaching 81.59 million yuan, an increase of 144% year-on-year, doubling for two consecutive years. Net operating cash inflow amounted to 151 million yuan, up 66% year-on-year. To actively reward shareholders, the board proposed a final dividend of 0.25 yuan per share (tax included) for 2025.
Deepening AI-native applications to build a new intelligent engine
Chanjet has fully implemented the 'AI First' strategy, achieving a critical leap in 'cloud-native + AI-native'. By empowering platforms with AI, it improves partner operating efficiency, focusing on economic industrial belts and deepening the 'intelligence + industry-specific + base' operational strategy while accelerating global business pilots. The company enhances cooperation with IaaS providers, telecom operators, industrial internet platforms, and leading collaborative office platforms, improving outreach efficiency and customer loyalty. In the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's nationwide SME digital transformation project, Chanjet has been selected as a service provider in 29 pilot cities, driving partners to help small businesses move to the cloud.
Chanjet integrates AI services throughout the entire lifecycle of small and micro enterprises, leveraging e-commerce, new media, live streaming, and other multi-channel collaborations to solidify the 'content-driven customer acquisition + conversion' path. It provides comprehensive security and operational services to small businesses, empowering service processes and decision-making through AI, thereby enhancing service efficiency and customer experience.
The report shows that Chanjet has ranked first in market coverage in the small and micro enterprise cloud financial and tax service sector for five consecutive years. The company has also been selected as a software service provider for the Ministry of Finance's 'Small and Micro Enterprise Credit Enhancement Accounting Data Standard Pilot' and has won multiple industry awards.
