Announcement on the latest developments of the FGRD-YLDS tokenized IPO

We would like to update you on the latest developments regarding the FGRD-YLDS tokenized IPO as follows:

FGRD-YLDS is currently in the early liquidity warm-up phase post-listing, and the current market price may not fully reflect its fair valuation. To ensure fair pricing in the open market and sufficient liquidity, continuous open trading is expected to officially commence after 9:30 AM EST on February 19th. We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed of any updates as soon as possible.

We do not currently support automatic conversion between FGRD-YLDS and FIGR. If you wish to initiate a conversion, please contact our customer service team. We will process your conversion request manually. The conversion request will be completed within T+1 business days. Please note that your holdings will be temporarily frozen during the conversion process.
