[Hong Kong – January 7, 2026] Renrui Talent Technology Holdings Limited $RENRUI HR (06919.HK)$ ("Renrui Talent Technology" or "the Company") and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "the Group") (Stock Code: 6919.HK) are pleased to announce that based on the preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended December 31, 2025 ("the Year"), along with management estimates based on information available to the board, the Group expects its revenue for the Year to increase by 17.0% to 25.9% year-on-year to approximately RMB 5,300.0 million to RMB 5,700.0 million. Profit attributable to the Company’s equity holders is also expected to turn from loss to a profit of approximately RMB 80.6 million to RMB 90.6 million during the Year.

Excluding the impact of non-recurring items, profit attributable to the Company’s equity holders on an adjusted basis is expected to grow by 9.4% to 20.8% year-on-year to approximately RMB 96.2 million to RMB 106.2 million. The revenue growth was primarily driven by continued rising demand for outsourcing services, especially in industries such as internet, telecommunications, and automotive. As customer demand grows, the number of IT professionals on assignment has increased accordingly, further driving the development of digital technologies and cloud services. At the same time, the Group’s general service outsourcing business has gained significant market recognition, providing more personnel allocation support for mid- and back-office positions such as human resources and administrative roles. This business has maintained steady growth over the long term, laying a solid foundation for the overall business development of the Group.

Note 1: As the Group completed the sale of its 46.0% equity interest in Shanghai Si Rui, the operating results of Shanghai Si Rui prior to the completion date have been presented as discontinued operations in the consolidated income statement of the Group for the year ended December 31, 2025. Therefore, the revenue of Shanghai Si Rui from January 1, 2025, until the completion date is not included in the consolidated income statement of the Group for the year ended December 31, 2025. The comparative figures in the consolidated income statement for the year ended December 31, 2024, have also been restated, excluding the revenue of Shanghai Si Rui for the year ended December 31, 2024.
