✅ 船用燃料总销量同比增长10%

✅ 毛利率由2024年同期的0.98%提升至1.02%

✅ 生物燃料业务爆发式增长——销售额飙升154.7%，销量激增189.5%

🌍 全球网络持续扩张

目前，CBL业务已覆盖亚洲、欧洲及美洲共65个港口。为应对红海局势导致的航线调整，集团今年上半年迅速进入欧洲ARA区域（阿姆斯特丹-鹿特丹-安特卫普）、毛里求斯及巴拿马等新据点，灵活响应客户需求。

🧭 客户结构持续优化

通过积极拓展中型船东及油轮市场，CBL成功将前五大客户销售集中度从66.7%降至60.4%。目前，非集装箱班轮业务已占总收入的36.9%，客户多元化成效显著。集团持续为全球12大集装箱班轮公司中的9家提供服务，覆盖近60%的全球集装箱船队运力。

🌱 绿色燃料加速落地

CBL已在中国内地、香港、新加坡、马来西亚等核心港口供应B24生物燃料（含24%废弃食用油甲酯），获国际认证，可减少约20%温室气体排放。同时，集团正积极布局LNG与甲醇等替代燃料，全力支持客户满足IMO及欧盟日益严格的减碳要求。

💼 轻资产模式，服务不止于加油

依托与全球实体供应商的紧密合作，CBL以轻资产模式提供高效、优质、具价格竞争力的一站式燃油加注服务，并延伸至贸易信贷支持与现金流优化，为客户创造额外价值。

作为立足香港的国际航运服务商，CBL亦积极响应香港特区政府打造“绿色燃料加注中心”与“国际航运中心”的战略方向，把握政策红利，推动可持续燃料普及。

In a recent interview with Metro Radio, Ms. Venus Zhao, Investor & Public Relations Director of CBL International Limited (Nasdaq: BANL), shared how we’re navigating a complex global shipping landscape marked by regulatory shifts, geopolitical volatility—and a clear mandate for decarbonization.

CBL delivered strong operational momentum H1 2025:

🔹 Fuel sales volume rose 10% YoY

🔹 Gross margin improved from 0.98% to 1.02%

🔹 Biofuel sales surged—revenue up 154.7%, volume up 189.5%

This growth stems from our strategy:

✅ Expanding our global footprint – now covering 65 ports across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, with recent entries into the ARA region (Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp), Mauritius, and Panama to serve rerouted vessels amid Red Sea disruptions.

✅ Diversifying our customer base – actively onboarding mid-sized shipowners and tanker operators, reducing top-5 customer concentration from 66.7% to 60.4%. Non-container liner sales now account for 36.9% of revenue.

We’re also accelerating our sustainable fuel transition:

🌱 Supplying B24 biofuel (24% used cooking oil methyl ester) in key hubs like Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Mainland China—certified, trusted, and capable of reducing GHG emissions by ~20% vs. conventional fuels.

⛽ Actively developing LNG and methanol solutions to meet tightening IMO and EU emissions regulations.
