The autumn recruitment season for the class of 2026 has officially commenced. While most graduates are still caught in the cycle of submitting resumes and attending interviews, a group of young individuals has already secured offers from Geely, locking in their career starting points ahead of time.
This early success is no coincidence. As outstanding participants in the 2026 cohort of Geely Holding Group’s "Cornerstone Program," they have bypassed the cumbersome processes of traditional campus recruitment by following a distinctive path of "targeted training and hands-on experience," directly achieving an integrated closed loop of "training, assessment, and hiring."
This not only provides fresh graduates with an efficient pathway to "grow while securing an offer," but also signifies that Geely’s integration of industry and education has entered a new systematic phase, establishing a Geely model for school-enterprise collaborative talent development.

Geely Holding Group 2026 Global Campus Recruitment Event
Compared with the traditional talent cultivation model, the "Cornerstone Program" centers on a dual-mentor system involving both enterprises and universities. It establishes clear matching mechanisms between specific disciplines and corresponding mentors, while advancing the processes of talent selection and development. This helps students reduce the adaptation period from campus to workplace. Following an internal pilot launch in the fall of 2024, 60 students from the class of 2025 who participated in the collaborative training program were onboarded as full-time employees at Geely, transitioning smoothly from campus to workplace. After the official launch of the "Cornerstone Program" in March this year, this talent cultivation model accelerated further, with over 300 students from the class of 2026 entering the collaborative training system. At the launch event for Geely Holding Group’s 2026 Fall Recruitment, representatives of the first group of outstanding "Cornerstone Program" participants received the "Super Geely Offer," becoming partners who grow together with Geely.

Pan Lei Fang, Vice President of Geely Holding Group and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHO), shared insights at the event.
In recent years, Geely's exploration in integrating industry with education has never ceased. The company actively promotes collaboration across various business units and external academic institutions, leveraging resource sharing and complementary strengths to build an educational ecosystem where “the education chain aligns with the industrial chain, and the talent pipeline matches the innovation chain.” For instance, Geely College, under the promotion and coordination of Geely Talent Development Group, deeply implements educational philosophies such as “industry-education integration,” “three campuses,” and “personalized learning pathways,” continuously exploring new approaches to enterprise talent development. To date, the Cornerstone Program has initiated multiple specialized projects including Project Stellar, Project Starlight, Digital Intelligence Project, and Dawn Project, covering more than 1,500 university students, with over 300 undertaking practical training within the company. On this extensive platform, university students engage in hands-on experiences across fields such as automotive R&D, marketing, design, and digitalization; they also inject fresh vitality into strategic emerging industries like methanol-hydrogen energy and new energy vehicle powertrains, supporting industrial innovation and transformation.

With the encouragement and support of experienced mentors and teams, Xiaoxian, a participant in the 2025 "Project Stellar," has transitioned from frontline sales rotation roles to a new track in corporate marketing. Sharing her thoughts with juniors about to enter the workforce, she said: "The biggest takeaway is the systematic growth pathway provided by the program, allowing me to quickly transform theoretical knowledge into practical skills. Seize the growth platform offered by Geely and don’t limit yourself—you have far more potential than you think."
Over the next three years, Geely will continue to deepen its industry-education integration practices anchored by the "Cornerstone Plan," achieving deeper collaboration with universities. The initiative aims to cultivate more than 3,000 application-oriented and high-potential talents who meet corporate needs, constructing a more forward-looking, systematic, and targeted Geely talent ecosystem. This effort will enable more young people to establish strong foundations while advancing their growth, transforming from "potential contributors" into "core drivers," thereby realizing a mutually reinforcing alignment between individual value and industrial development.
