Greenstone Biopharma's recombinant herpes zoster vaccine BLA has been accepted by the China National Medical Products Administration.
Recently, the market launch application (BLA) for the recombinant shingles vaccine (CHO cells) and core product LZ901 from Green Bamboo Bio (2480.HK) has been accepted by the National Medical Products Administration of China.

LZ901 is used to prevent herpes zoster and related complications in adults aged 40 and above.
According to relevant Chinese laws and regulations, after the acceptance of BLA, the China National Medical Products Administration will further conduct technical evaluations, on-site inspections of clinical trials, and production site inspections to assess the application. Commercialization of LZ901 can only proceed after obtaining BLA approval and permit issuance.
