Q1: After the upgrade, what are the differences in the account interface?

A1:In the account page before the upgrade, there are multiple accounts such as Hong Kong stock account, US stock account, and China Connect account. The fund situation and positions of each account are separated, and detailed information can only be viewed by clicking on a specific account.

After the upgrade, the useronly needs to operate using one account., trading different currencies balances, debts, available funds, and purchasing power will be easy and clearly visible.

Q2: After the upgrade, will the cash account automatically become a margin trading account and have unified buying power activated?

A2:No, the cash account will not automatically turn into a margin trading account and have unified buying power activated after the upgrade. Currently, the unified buying power is temporarily only applicable to margin trading accounts, and cash accounts will not be included in the unified buying power.

After the upgrade, can I use the unified buying power of my original Hong Kong and US stock account for margin trading in the daily stock market?

A3:You can.The new account supports settlement in multiple currencies, linking the buying power across all markets. In addition to the existing trading in Hong Kong stocks, US stocks, China Connect, and Japanese stocks, there will be continuous expansion into more market products such as Singapore stocks, Australian stocks, Canadian stocks, and more!

For the current upgrade, the buying power for futures and leverage forex has not been enabled. Please pay attention to future updates, thank you~

Q4: Will my fee package change after the upgrade?

A4: After the upgrade, the comprehensive account will have the same fee package as the original Hong Kong/US/A shares account, and the benefits tied to the original account (such as commission-free trading) will also be migrated and re-linked to the new comprehensive account.

After the upgrade, how do you operate cross-currency trading?

A5:In the new account mode, users no longer need to go through the step of fund allocation, only need to have sufficient buying power to conduct cross-currency trading. If there is a cross-currency debt, manual currency exchange is still required, otherwise interest on the debt will still be calculated.

Will the financing interest change? Will there be any changes in the order of deduction of financing interest?

A6: The interest rate remains the same, and when deducting interest, it will be deducted according to the original logic, in the corresponding currency order (first determine the base currency, then determine HKD, and finally determine USD).

If I have multiple sub-accounts, can I still use them after the upgrade?

A7: Multiple comprehensive accounts will be generated and can be used normally.

After upgrading to a comprehensive account, can the existing accounts still be used?

A8:The old account page will be retained for checking historical order records, fund details, and statements; however, it no longer supports trading orders and other new capabilities.

Q9: What is the fee structure for fractional share trading in US stocks?

A9:After upgrading to a comprehensive account, you can proceed with fractional share trading in US stocks. Orders for less than one share will be charged at 0 commission; US stock trades of more than one share will be charged based on the original package mode.

Q10: Why was the registration unsuccessful? Why have I not received any points?
