Notes on Futu's plans to delist Futu Niu App in an online app store in China
Futu intends to launch Futu Bull App in the online app store in China starting from 19 May 2023. The relevant items are explained as follows:
1. In response to the industry rectification requirements of CSRC regulating cross-border securities business, Futu intends to take off Futu App from online app stores in China to promote full compliance with domestic regulatory spirit.
2. Customers in stock can still conduct transactions through Futu App. Related services and business are not affected in any way.
3. The download and use of Futu Bull App will not be affected by Hong Kong and all overseas users.
4. In-stock customers and users who have any questions in the process of using Futu Niu App can contact us through our online customer service or manual customer service hotline 400-870-1818.
Futu will continue to serve all in-stock domestic customers and continue to provide quality products, services and customer experience to customers in all stocks.
