3. In terms of overall market sentiment, investors are still waiting for the second month of March to give specific indications.

February central bank's open market operations show easing policy has not yet been implemented

1. The Bank's MLF routine operation in February showed net investment of 2000 billion, but the median benchmark interest rate remained unchanged at 2.75%.

2. The market widely expected the central bank to cut interest rates this year, but in reality the People's Bank has kept rates unchanged for two months in a row.

3. Given the current Chinese economic recovery, the rate cut may be late but less likely absent.

4. The process of lowering interest rates will benefit Chinese bond assets.
