On February 18, Shuifa Industrial Energy Group and the Wuxuan County Government of Laibin City, Guangxi Province signed the “Shuifa Industrial and Wuxuan County-wide Distributed Photovoltaic Development Investment and Construction Project Cooperation Agreement”. Chen Qianping, Deputy Secretary of the Wuxuan County Committee and County Mayor, Zhou Qing, Vice President of Shuifa Energy Group, and Xie Xiaolin, Executive Deputy General Manager of Shuifa Energy (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd., attended the signing event.

In order to fully develop and utilize Wuxuan County's rich solar energy and water resources, jointly promote energy construction projects, and help achieve the two major national strategies of “carbon peak, carbon neutrality” and rural revitalization, Shuifa Industrial Energy Group will invest in the construction of a 250MW distributed photovoltaic project throughout the county in Wuxuan County.

At the signing ceremony, Zhou Qing had an in-depth exchange with Chen Qianping. He pointed out that in the near future, Shuifa Energy Group will continue to invest in the construction of nearly 400MW fishery and light complementary projects to build a number of outstanding demonstration projects, so that more, bigger, and better projects will take root and blossom in Wuxuan with the motivation to work hard and work fast.

Chen Qianping said that Laibin City will promote the Wuxuan County distributed photovoltaic project as the first municipal key demonstration project in 2022. Currently, Wuxuan County is in a new stage of development. It will anchor its goals, persevere in implementing the new development concept, apply the “Project Work 20 Law” to lead projects, compete for and build projects with an “extraordinary heart”, set off a new climax in industrial revitalization and project construction, and build a solid foundation for the accelerated development and high-quality development of Wuxuan County.
