At 9:28 on December 10, 2021, the 10th anniversary celebration of Jiangxi Culture Engineering Factory was held in the factory front area. CEO Mr. Li Wenen, General Manager Mr. Yang Zuoning, and all company cadres, employee representatives, and contractor representatives attended.

At the celebration conference, the company's promotional video and the 10-year development big data video were first shown. The standing steel structure, happy smiles, full of honors, and rising numbers all brought everyone the ultimate audiovisual enjoyment and inner shock that could not be calmed down for a long time. I can't help but be amazed: Jiangxi Science and Culture Engineering has actually given a satisfactory answer to society, shareholders, and employees in the past ten years!

Afterwards, the host read out Chairman Wei's personal inscription for the “Ten Year Special Issue.” The “Ten Year Special Issue” is a special issue compiled by the entire company to review history and remember history, and was distributed to every employee as scheduled before the factory celebrated. The preparation of the special issue received great attention from Chairman Wei of the Board of Directors and CEO Li, who wrote separate press statements and preface for the special issue. Chairman Wei's simple, profound, and culturally rich statement not only affirmed the achievements of Jiangxi science and culture workers over the past ten years, but also indicated the direction for the company's future development.

Mr. Yang Zuoning, the general manager, delivered the opening speech at the conference. Mr. Yang gave a high-level overview of the development history of science and culture engineering in Jiangxi, and explained how to transform chemical plants that people “talk about color change” into beautiful factories and green factories. Finally, he said, “Over the past ten years, we have achieved good economic benefits, solved the employment of thousands of local people, paid more than 1 billion dollars in taxes, and fulfilled our initial promises to society, shareholders, and employees! Shaohua has been in circulation for 10 years, and the cultural industry for thick and thin hair treatment has flourished. On September 29, 2021, Fluorine Chemical Phase II high-end fluoropolymers were put into production as scheduled. Over the past ten years, we have accumulated financial strength, management and technical experience for the factory, which has emboldened the work team. On the occasion of this ten-year celebration, I am writing this article to thank all my colleagues, friends, users, and service units for supporting my work! We can look forward to the future by doing our duty with due diligence and striving for excellence!”

Mr. Yang's words have led us to relive those precious years in our memory, those years of hard work for the smooth operation and successful commissioning of the project; those passionate years of facing difficulties regardless of merit; and those years of striving forward with pride and shame on a new journey side by side. Those ten years were unforgettable for us; those ten years also forged a large number of outstanding cadres and employees. At the celebration, CEO Li Wenen personally presented medals and certificates to five colleagues who won the Ten Year Outstanding Contribution Award, including Zeng Xiaowu, Zhao Junjie, Ye Xinrong, Gao Guanying, and Song Lelian.

Finally, Mr. Li delivered a closing speech at the conference. He emphasized that in the past ten years, we have been deeply involved in production and have established a solid foundation, and have achieved the flourishing science and culture industry in Jiangxi today. In the next ten years, we will gradually transform from basic chlor-alkali chemicals to manufacturers of high-end fluorine materials, contributing to the fields of specialty materials and clean energy. This requires continuous innovation in products, production processes and management to achieve the company's development blueprint.
