Rules:The official selection criteria will be based on the users' nomination results, post quantity, essence quantity, reading quantity, interaction quantity, and number of fans, to comprehensively evaluate the shortlisted candidates for the two awards. Each award will have 30 candidates shortlisted.

2) Voting Stage

Rules.Mooers can vote online for the 60 candidates who have made it to the final round.

3) Award Announcement
