The construction unit is the Shenzhen Construction Works Department, which is the contractor China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Construction Second Bureau Company”). Winning the bid for the Pengcheng Laboratory project twice is another milestone in Shengye Technology's construction of an industrial IoT ecosystem.
