In order for new employees to quickly integrate into the company, change roles as soon as possible, experience corporate culture, and learn work skills, Shoucheng Holdings held the 2021 induction training for new employees on September 16. A total of 53 new employees from Shoucheng Holdings headquarters and various business segments attended the training session. Of these, 31 participated in the training session on site and 22 participated in the training via teleconference.

Jia Tingting, general manager of the company's fund management department, gave the new employees a comprehensive introduction to the company's development history, business strategy and past achievements. Chief Operating Officer Xia Xiaohong explained the nine elements contained in the company's values to the new employees in detail and shared how to implement the values at work based on her own work experience. The four outstanding new and old employees from different business groups and departments each had in-depth exchanges with the new employees present about their thoughts, feelings, and thoughts since their work, to help them integrate into the Shiteng Holdings family as soon as possible.

Li Wei, the president of the company, explained the meaning of “first trip” from four dimensions, namely success (based on one's job), honesty (honesty and trustworthiness), yield (continuous growth), and acceptance (responsibility). Afterwards, he sent a message to the new employees on behalf of the company: first, to keep dreams in mind, learn in practice, grow in practice, and strive to become a useful and responsible person who can bear heavy responsibilities; second, to complete the transformation of workplace roles, from ideals to reality as soon as possible, and be loyal and dedicated. Finally, Li Wei hopes that everyone can work together to “start” and create a “future” together.

At the meeting, the company also organized team building activities and value sharing sessions, and gave awards and encouragement to groups and individuals with outstanding performance during the training. After the course, the Human Resources Department also distributed training questionnaires to new employees to ensure that the training actually achieved practical results.
