"Houlang" gathers and officially sets sail | Shoucheng holds 2021 annual new employee orientation training.
In order to help new employees quickly integrate into the company, transition roles as soon as possible, experience the corporate culture, and learn job skills, on September 16, shoucheng held the 2021 annual new employee orientation training. A total of 53 new employees from the headquarters of shoucheng and various business sectors participated in the training, with 31 attending on-site and 22 participating remotely via video conferencing.
Jia Tingting, the General Manager of the company's fund management department, provided a comprehensive introduction to the company's development history, operational strategies, and past achievements to the new employees. Xia Xiaohong, the Chief Operating Officer, explained in detail the nine elements of the company's values and shared how to practice these values in the workplace based on personal experiences. Four outstanding new and old employees from different business groups and departments each shared their thoughts, feelings, and ideas about their work so far with the new employees present, helping them integrate into the shoucheng family as quickly as possible.
The company's CEO, Li Wei, explained the meaning of "shoucheng" from four dimensions, namely sticking to one's duties, honesty and integrity, continuous growth, and taking responsibility. He then gave a message to the new employees on behalf of the company: firstly, to embrace dreams, learn in practice with a broader vision and mind, grow through challenges, and strive to become a talent who can be greatly used and bear heavy responsibilities; secondly, to take responsibility for oneself and the company, quickly transition from ideals to reality in the workplace, be loyal and dedicated. In the end, Li Wei hoped everyone could stand side by side with "shou" and create the future together.
During the event, the company also organized team building activities and value sharing sessions, and awarded and encouraged outstanding teams and individuals in the training. After the training, the Human Resources Department distributed training questionnaires to new employees to ensure that the training truly achieves practical results.
