Recently, many parts of Henan were hit by extreme torrential rain. Internal flooding occurred in places such as Zhengzhou, Xinxiang, and Jiaozuo. Infrastructure was destroyed, farmland was flooded, houses collapsed, and people were trapped, causing major property damage. According to statistics, more than 1.2 million people were affected by the disaster in 89 counties (cities and districts) and 560 townships. The disaster affected people's hearts and minds, and the whole country was concerned.

Being in the midst of a disaster, I know even more about the suffering of disasters. On the one hand, Zhongyuan Construction is actively helping itself: arranging personnel from various departments to stay on duty all night, clean up park roads, check drainage facilities, and handle emergencies... with a strong sense of responsibility and practical action to protect the owners; on the other hand, the builders quickly rushed to the front line, joined the disaster relief team, and carried out donation activities in various forms, choosing to overcome difficulties and walk with citizens, owners, and employees through ups and downs!

At 3 p.m. on July 21, it received instructions from the Yanjin County Government to support flood relief materials, and the Jianye Shihefu project immediately inventoried supplies to support the Wenyan Qu City Management Embankment Station. At 21:00, emergency flood control support instructions for the front line of Wenyan Canal in Yanjin County were once again received. The Yanjin Jianye City Project mobilized more than 60 employees to go to the site to provide support within ten minutes, until 0:15 the next day, successfully completing the tasks indicated by the government.

On the way back, they received another emergency flood control mission from the government. There was an emergency on the Jiaowei section of the Wenyan Canal. Everyone immediately switched cars and went back to the front line. It was already 3:30 a.m., when the mission was completed.

Afterwards, on the 22nd and 23rd, they received several emergency flood control missions from the government. Despite their own exhaustion, Yanjin construction workers were on call and worked hard on the frontline of flood control to successfully complete the flood control tasks indicated by the government. At around 4 p.m. on the 23rd, the flood control situation in Xinxiang was grim. Yanjin Construction Industry quickly set up a 30-person emergency rescue commando team to be on standby to support disaster relief at any time.

At 4 a.m. on the 24th, Cui Mingliang, leader of the Yanjin Construction Cooperation Party, donated 101 rescue kayaks to the Xinxiang Red Cross Society. After emergency registration and storage, they were immediately handed over to the Prevention and Control Headquarters.

Let's work together to overcome difficulties! Property owners in Jiaozuo Jianye also chose to “go retrograde” during the storm. They quickly formulated emergency plans for flood control, carried out comprehensive inspections of flood control materials and drainage facilities, clean-up of pipelines, clean-up of accumulated water in basements, investigation and transfer of underground vehicles, etc., to eliminate potential safety hazards, and carry out all tasks strictly, pragmatically and meticulously to ensure the safety of all communities.

The Xiuwu Jianye City project organized employees to take the lead in fundraising. The employees actively participated in fundraising and procuring household goods, actively contacted various resources to inquire about the situation of the affected people, spontaneously set up volunteer service teams, and sent scarce household items such as mineral water and bottled noodles to resettlement sites for the affected people to cheer and cheer for the affected people and help everyone get through this difficult time together!

The material donation site in the spring of Puyang was also extremely enthusiastic. A large truck was parked on the side of the road, and the handling staff were shuttling back and forth, loading the truck in an orderly manner.
