During the public offering stage, Fast Dog Taxi received around 4.05 times oversubscription. The final number of shares allocated for public offering is 3.12 million shares, accounting for approximately 10% of the total shares offered (before any exercise of over-allotment option). A total of 6788 valid applications were received, with a 100% allotment rate for one lot.
In addition, the international offering has been moderately oversubscribed, and the final number of shares offered is approximately 28.08 million shares, equivalent to about 90% of the total number of shares offered (before any exercise of the over-allotment option).
