To explore and evaluate the role transformation and leadership of CFOs in-depth, Futu (Nasdaq: FUTU) has partnered with the Chinese edition of Barron’s and the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA® & CIMA®), to jointly release'Top 100 CFOs of Chinese Companies Listed in Hong Kong and the US'（(hereinafter referred to as 'CFO Elite 100') evaluation.
The candidates for the evaluation are senior financial executives such as Chief Financial Officers, Financial Directors, and Vice Presidents of Finance from over 600 Chinese companies listed on the Hong Kong and US stock exchanges, who have served for more than two years as of June 30, 2022. During the evaluation period, neither the individual nor their company engaged in poor business practices or had any negative social impact.
This is a carefully planned, prepared, and finally publicly announced event outcome. To find the best CFOs of Chinese companies in this era, we have established a scientific evaluation system covering both financial and non-financial indicators. The financial metrics section consists of six primary evaluation indicators and 18 secondary financial indicators; the non-financial metrics section covers more than ten indicators including personal knowledge, experience and skills, capital operations, corporate security, management practices, and innovation.
