6月1日，港A汽車股走強，A股東風汽車漲停，港股長城汽車、長安汽車、廣汽集團、吉利汽車、蔚來汽車等跟漲。消息面上，5月31日，財政部、稅務總局發布關於減徵部分乘用車車輛購置稅的公告，600億的利好政策終於落地，同日備受市場關注的新一輪新能源汽車下鄉活動也正式啟動。
