The main changes to the “e-cigarette” national standard (second draft for comments) are as follows:
1) In terms of flavor, it is prohibited to present flavors other than tobacco flavors.The expression in the “e-cigarette” national standard (draft for comments) is “the product shall not present a characteristic flavor that is inducing to minors”, while the statement in the “e-cigarette” national standard (second draft for comments) “shall not induce minors, and the characteristic flavor of the product shall not present flavors other than tobacco.” In contrast, the wording is more strict.
