Futu News, June 23: $ANKER (00668.HK)$ announced that its IPO will run from June 23 to June 26. The company plans to offer approximately 46,632,800 shares globally and expects to list on July 2.

Company Overview
Anker Innovations primarily engages in the design and sale of consumer electronics within the global smart hardware technology industry, committed to delivering a wide range of trusted products and exceptional user experiences to consumers worldwide. Since its establishment in 2011, the company has leveraged the Anker brand as its foundation and continuously expanded its product portfolio into areas such as smart charging and energy storage, smart home devices, and smart audio-visual equipment. It currently operates three global brands—Anker, eufy, and soundcore—and two core sub-brands: AnkerSOLIX and eufyMake.
Driven by its globalization strategy, the company continues to expand its business footprint, with products now sold in over 180 countries and regions worldwide. While maintaining a strong position in core markets such as North America and Europe, the company has also achieved rapid growth in emerging markets. As of December 31, 2025, the company had accumulated over 200 million users globally.
Financial Summary
During the historical reporting period, Anker Innovations achieved strong growth in both revenue scale and profitability. Total revenue increased from RMB 17.5 billion in 2023 to RMB 30.5 billion in 2025, representing a compound annual growth rate of 32.0%. Gross profit rose from RMB 7.5 billion in 2023 to RMB 13.4 billion in 2025, reflecting a compound annual growth rate of 33.7%.

Use of Proceeds
Regarding the use of proceeds, Anker Innovations expects the net proceeds from the global offering to be approximately HK$4.523 billion (assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised and calculated based on the offering price of HK$99.32 per share). According to the prospectus, Anker Innovations intends to allocate the net proceeds from the global offering as follows:
Approximately 20% will be allocated to drive product iteration and innovation and broaden the product portfolio; approximately 20% will be allocated to research and development and talent acquisition, with a focus on developing foundational platforms and capabilities to strengthen the technological base supporting sustained innovation and global expansion; approximately 15% will be allocated to enhance brand influence and deepen customer loyalty; approximately 20% will be allocated to reinforce the company’s direct-to-consumer global market strategy; approximately 20% will be allocated to upgrade the supply chain management system to support ongoing global expansion; and approximately 5% will be allocated to working capital and general corporate purposes.
