Following the failed launch of the ASTS satellite, where do space-related stocks go from here?
In mid-March, Nvidia held its GTC Conference. During the event, the company provided multiple insights into its future technology roadmap and long-term growth potential.

Rubin Platform: The Next Generation AI Supercomputer
CEO Jensen Huang highlighted advancements in both hardware and software during his keynote speech. On the hardware side, the new Vera Rubin platform took center stage. This platform has now entered full production and is expected to ship to customers in the second half of this year. The Rubin platform integrates seven Nvidia chips to form an AI supercomputing system designed to support artificial intelligence tasks across all stages, from pre-training, post-training, testing, and scaling to real-time agent-based inference.
According to the company, this platform improves computational efficiency: compared to the existing Blackwell system, the Rubin platform can achieve up to 10 times the inference throughput per watt, while reducing the cost per token to one-tenth. Huang referred to this as 'a generational leap' and expects it to initiate 'the largest infrastructure buildout in history.'
Regarding market demand, Huang stated that the cumulative revenue from Rubin and the current Blackwell chips is expected to reach $1 trillion by 2027. By the end of 2025, the company had estimated that these two chip technologies could generate $500 billion in revenue.
Groq 3 LPU: A Chip Focused on Inference Speed
The conference also introduced the Groq 3 Language Processing Unit (LPU). As part of the Rubin platform, this high-speed inference chip is designed for low-latency and large-context agent-based systems. It aims to address memory bandwidth bottlenecks to overcome speed limitations of GPUs in real-time AI applications. Additionally, Nvidia unveiled the Groq 3 LPX platform, a server rack comprising 128 Groq 3 LPUs.
NemoClaw: Enterprise-Grade Agent-Based AI Solution
To address challenges in large-scale deployment of AI agents, Nvidia launched the NemoClaw software platform. This platform primarily provides privacy and security controls for enterprises using OpenClaw, enabling AI agents to operate within controlled environments (sandboxes) to prevent unauthorized access to files or network locations, thereby reducing the risk of errors or accidental deletion of sensitive data by autonomous agents. Huang compared OpenClaw to Windows or Linux, predicting that every enterprise will eventually need an 'agent-based strategy,' with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) gradually transitioning to Agent-as-a-Service (AaaS).
New Partnerships in Autonomous Driving
In automotive applications, Nvidia announced four new partners for its DRIVE Hyperion platform: Nissan, BYD, Geely, and Hyundai. These four companies collectively produce 18 million vehicles annually and will develop Level 4 autonomous vehicles on Nvidia’s robotaxi platform.
In addition, regarding the previously announced Uber partnership, Huang provided more details: Uber plans to deploy fleets powered by Nvidia DRIVE AV software across 28 cities on four continents by 2028, with launches expected to begin next year in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Analysts' expectations for Nvidia's stock price
Following the GTC keynote speech, several Wall Street firms reiterated their buy ratings on Nvidia’s stock and updated their target prices. According to compiled data, the current average analyst target price is $268, implying a potential upside of approximately 50% compared to the current share price.
The overall stock market has recently experienced increased volatility, with the technology sector being influenced by multiple factors such as macroeconomic data, interest rate expectations, and market sentiment, leading to frequent price fluctuations. Investors should note that there may be discrepancies between a company's fundamental outlook and its short-term stock performance. Any operational decisions based on long-term technological roadmaps or analyst target prices should be comprehensively evaluated in conjunction with one’s risk tolerance and the current market liquidity conditions. In an environment of heightened volatility, maintaining prudent capital management and a diversified allocation strategy can help address potential uncertainties.

In recent years, the US stock market'sNvidia two-times leveraged ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds) have increasingly drawn investor attentionThese financial products, through the use of derivatives, aim to track twice the daily performance of the underlying asset, offering investors a tool to amplify potential returns in volatile markets while hedging or enhancing position efficiency. Particularly during periods of heightened volatility with clear short-term trends, they allow investors to pursue leveraged investment effects without engaging in margin trading.
However, it must be noted objectively that leverage is a double-edged sword. While it amplifies potential gains, it equally magnifies potential losses. Additionally, since these products are designed to track 'daily' performance, holding them over extended periods may result in deviations from the cumulative two-times return of the underlying asset due to compounding effects in volatile markets. Therefore, such products are better suited for experienced investors who can closely monitor the market, possess high risk tolerance, and have a deep understanding of their operational mechanisms.
